Pasaeli is a Turkish winery located in a few areas spanning Western Turkey, namely Kaynaklar, Izmir and Hosköy, Tekirdag. Wine importer Seyit Karagözoglu founded the winery in 2002, focusing on indigenous varieties and preserving their production and eschewing the takeover of more widely known international varieties.
The SYS is a blend of Sultaniye, Sidalan and Yapincak, with a tropical fruit nose, citrus flavours with hints of white flowers and a certain minerality on the finish.
