What do the stickers mean?
- "E" = for bottles containing electrolytes
- "C" = for bottles containing carbohydrates
- Knife and fork = for real food. (Eat with your hands if you must ya filthy animal!)
- Use the multiplier stickers (x2, x3, x4) to save product stickers when you plan to use more than one of the same product in a time period
- Use the red duration markers to replicate or stretch intake out over multiple hours
